These are flat rate travel expenses should you require any travel by us on your behalf (invoiced & payment required before booking).

Air Travel - $1,000 Round Trip per flight only exception may be if booking last minute flight, direct pass through of flight cost invoiced

Driving Up to 4 Hours (one way) - $250

Overnights/Hotel Stay(s) Required — $300 per night **some geographical location exceptions do apply but will be approved before booking

All rental car, airport parking, ride share, meal(s) and gas required for travel are included in the above.

Flight & drive time are not billable hours. Meaning … if a 4 hour drive is necessary, you are not being charged $179/hr for 4 hours.

**If your company has your own travel programs or travel secretary, I am more than happy to share my travel details for your Company to book the travel to have more control over the cost.
